It's Mafuyu, brother of Miku, the protagonist of the first Fatal Frame. In the screenshot he was staring into a mirror, I hope I managed to catch that.
Once again I decided to use a small (A5) piece of paper and decided to keep the grainy texture of the paper.
My camera is not being nice to me recently, so please excuse the quality of the shot.
