I recently started re-playing FFVI for the fourth or fifth time and it motivated me to finish this fanart.
Hopefully it will be the first installment of my FFVI illustration series. The moment which inspired me to paint this was Locke's first encounter with Terra, when he had to rescue her from the guards in Narshe.
As always I had tons of fun painting it, watercolors are now my favourite medium.

I need to start replaying it of course! I stoped right at the midle, but i think i have spoiled so many parts right now, but when i got free time i will play it again my friend! By the way! I love how microscopical detail you had with that guy's eyes. WOW! You really add detail there right?
